Criminal defence lawyer David Ferguson combines a tireless work-ethic, a keen sense for the law, and a client-centred approach to make sure you get the best defence possible. David assists anyone charged with or under investigation for criminal or regulatory offences. He fights for his clients at all levels of court in British Columbia and appears in courtrooms throughout Canada.
David was born and raised in the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley and continues to call the area his home. After completing a Masters Degree at the University of Toronto, David came back to B.C. to complete law school at the University of British Columbia. There he won awards in Criminal Law, Administrative Law, and Advocacy. He went on to train with one of the biggest and busiest criminal law firms in the country. Since being called to the British Columbia Bar, David has defended clients from all walks of life from his office in downtown Vancouver, B.C.
David routinely mentors law students and acts as a supervising lawyer with the Law Students Legal Advice Program. He has lectured for Continuing Legal Education courses and is actively engaged in ongoing efforts to increase access to justice in British Columbia.
